ISKA Official Weigh-in 
All fighters must take individual face-off pictures, Mandatory!
(See schedule below).

Fighters and cornermen submit licenses and registrations:

Fighters:
Fighters will submit all completed documentation to ISKA.

          Forms include:

• ISKA fighter application license form

• Physical examination form completed/ signed by MD     

Cornerman Registration:
All coach/ cornerman must be present:

• Fighters to submit cornermen list to ISKA

• ISKA application/ verification of cornermen license.

• Cornermen receive wristbands during weigh-ins (wristbands are non-transferable).           

NOTE* All fighters must complete pre-bout physical with an on-site MD on 26th at the venue.
