Fighters and cornermen submit licenses and registrations:

Fighters:
Fighters will submit all completed documentation to ISKA

​

          Forms include:

• ISKA Registration-License 

• ISKA Full Physical Form completed/ signed by MD 

• ISKA Liability Waiver

Cornerman Registration:
All coach/ cornerman must be present:

​

• Fighters to submit cornermen list to ISKA

• ISKA Registration-License

• Cornermen receive wristbands during weigh-ins (wristbands are non-transferable).

NOTE* All fighters must complete pre-bout physical with an on-site MD on 17th at the venue.
